While we build standard wood frame houses, our specialty is quickly becoming ICF block walls.  ICF (insulated concrete form) walls are a modern building technology, based on the simple concept of interlocking foam blocks, and one of the most proven building materials on earth, concrete. This combination provides a quality, long lasting construction, which provides far greater comfort, security and performance that a standard wood frame house/building. Best of all, due to the unique design and R24 insulation value, you will save enough on labour and heating/cooling costs that the house/building can actually cost less than a standard wood frame!

Another modern building systems we specialize in are Legalett air-heated floors. In contrast to other heating systems, Legalett incorporates the foundation and the heating system as a whole. The migration of dampness and the effects of frost heave are eliminated through proper design, with out the need for a basement or frost walls!  Legalett air-heated floors can be used in all types of buildings. We also install Insul-Deck lightweight forming system for concrete floors & roofs. This system provides excellent air & sound insulation, combined with exceptional strength.
