Choosing your contractor is the most important decision
to ensure quality workmanship and satisfaction for your
project.
POINTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

(most contractors will provide this service free of charge).

writing.

the contractor has on staff compared to the number of
sub-trade workers he hires.
4. Inquire whether a job
schedule will be provided.

fully licensed and insured.
6. Ensure that the company is
well equipped with communication tools such as two-way radio's, pagers, or cell phones.
7. Request a list references.
8. Select several reference
from list list to phone. (see below).

quality of the work?

his contract?

schedule?
4. Were they comfortable with
the contractor's employees and subcontractors?
5. Was the project kept clean
and safe on a daily basis?
6. Did the crew show up on
time?
7. Was there good communication
throughout the project?
